Returning monies raised and unsold merchandise

Do you have funds and unsold merchandise from Jeans for Genes Day which need to be returned?  Simply follow these steps:

Please send all monies and merchandise by Monday September 1

1. Fill out the Reconciliation form

    See back of your invoice, genie kit or download online

Thank you to everyone who has remembered to fill in the number of products on the back of the reconciliation form.

2. Bank the money

     DIRECT DEPOSIT
    Deposit Money at your local Westpac Bank   
    Bank Details: 
    Account Name     Jeans for Genes
    Westpac BSB      032270
    Account no.        113511

OR

    CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER
    Payable to:  Children's Medical Research Institute -Jeans for Genes

3. Send to Children's Medical Research Institute

     Reconciliation Form
     Remittance receipt from direct deposit/cheque or money order
     Unsold Merchandise, if any (recycle any promotional material)

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO SEND THE COUNTER DISPLAY BOX BACK. PLEASE RECYCLE.
