What to do after Jeans for Genes Day?

RETURNING THE FUNDS RAISED

Thank you for raising vital funds and awareness for Jeans for Genes. When you registered to raise funds for us, you were sent a payment form which can now be used to make a payment in one of the following ways:

1. Online Banking (BPAY)

1. Use your Jeans for Genes Payment Form (emailed or posted at registration)
2. Locate the BPAY biller code and the reference number at the bottom of the Payment Form
3. Transfer the funds via online banking
 

2. Online Via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

1. Use your Jeans for Genes Payment Form (emailed or posted at registration)
2. Go to http://fundraise.jeansforgenes.org.au/online
3. Enter the reference number located above the barcode at the bottom of the Payment Form
4. Follow the simple instructions

3. Australia Post Billpay - Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS

1. Use your Jeans for Genes Payment Form (emailed or posted at registration) which contains an Australia Post Billpay barcode at the bottom
2. Write the amount raised (the money being returned) at the bottom of the Payment Form.
3. Take the funds along with your completed Payment Form to your nearest Australia Post store which will process the deposit

4. Return Mail - Cheque or Money Order  (Please do not mail cash)

1. Use your Jeans for Genes Payment Form (emailed or posted at registration)
2. Fill out "badges received", "badges returned" and "contribution amount" boxes on the Payment Form
3. Write total funds raised at the bottom of the form
4. Post Payment Form along with cheque or money order to JEANS FOR GENES, PO BOX 1007, BANKSTOWN  NSW  1885

How to return unsold badges:

Please return badges in an envelope and send to:

JEANS FOR GENES, PO BOX 1007, BANKSTOWN  NSW  1885 

Please dispose of promotional material inculding the counter display box and posters in the recycle bin where appropriate.
