Returning monies raised and unsold merchandise

Do you have funds and unsold merchandise from Jeans for Genes Day which need to be returned?  Simply follow these steps:

Did you know.... The most cost effective way to return monies is via Direct Deposit. This method of payment reduces our administration costs so more money can go directly to the vital research into children's genetic conditions.

Please send all monies and return all unsold merchandise by Wednesday September 1

1. Fill out the Reconciliation form

    See back of your invoice or download online

2. Bank the money

    DIRECT DEPOSIT
    Deposit money at your local Westpac Bank

OR

    CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER

3. Send to Jeans for Genes

     Reconciliation Form
     Remittance receipt from direct deposit/cheque or money order
     Unsold Merchandise, if any (recycle any promotional material)

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO SEND THE COUNTER DISPLAY BOX BACK. PLEASE RECYCLE.
