Chris Bath - Channel 7 Newsreader

Chris Bath, most well known as Channel 7 newsreader and host of Sunday program, is also a dedicated ambassador for Jeans for Genes and the Children's Medical Research Institute(CMRI). Since 1999, Chris has been committed to the CMRI's vision of a healthier future for all children.

Chris has been the Master of Ceremonies at the annual Jeans for Genes Denim Ball for over 7 years and has hosted other events throughout the year, helping to raise money for research into children's genetic conditions. Chris has been a shining star in the Jeans for Genes photo shoots over the years and continues to be the voice over for our promotional tapes.

Sara Groen

"This year I'll be swapping my usual jeans for a much larger pair as our family prepares for a new addition. As a first time mum to be, the incredible work of the CMRI takes on new meaning with the sobering fact that 1 in 20 children is born with some kind of genetic disease.  Join the CMRI in its mission to help reduce this statistic so future generations of children can lead healthy lives."

Rickie-Lee - Singer

"I'm sure everyone would like to do something to support Jeans for Genes and Children's Medical Research Institute, who do amazing work every day of the year.

I'm always honoured to be asked to be an ambassador for Jeans for Genes, and i would be thrilled if in some small way i'm helping raise public awareness."

Sally Stanton

“Last year I unfortunately lost two friends to Cancer and seeing what the disease did to them and their families was heart breaking. The CMRI does amazing work and if I can play any part in helping them find the cause, prevention or cure for this horrible disease, it’s the least I can do"
