Turn your school day into a Jeans for Genes Mufti Day

Every year thousands of schools choose to support Jeans for Genes. Many organise mufti days, encouraging teachers and students to wear jeans for one day and give a gold coin donation. Some schools go the extra mile and hold creative fundraising events.

Whatever your motive, whatever your desire, get fair dinkum in 2010 and support the greatest fundraising campaign this country has ever seen.

School participation is simple:

  • Ask the school Principal or Head Teacher for permission to hold a Jeans for Genes fundraising day
  • Nominate a day
  • Click here to register your school
  • Think about your theme - will your school hold a regular mufti day or are you interested in showing some true creative talent?
  • How will you communicate this event to other school students?
  • Will you take photos or video footage?
  • Is your school interested in being involved in PR activity?
  • Will your school consider selling badges?

Register your school now, wear your jeans proudly and join the rest of Australia in celebrating Jeans for Genes.

Jeans for Genes Day is about kids supporting other kids.
