AUSTARians get behind Jeans for Genes

Since 1998 AUSTAR has been a proud supporter of Jeans for Genes raising over $50,000. This year they have further contributed over $10,000.


A big thank you to all employees and charity taskforce members for their endless support and coordination of activities.


A special mention to:

• Denice Woods, Sally Ellis, Pearline Ticzon and Chantele Solomons who baked hundreds of cup cakes for the BBQ

• Taree Inbound Sales Team who volunteered at the Robina Town Centre selling Jeans for Genes merchandise

• Robina IT department who donated money from their usual Friday morning tea

Enthusiastic staff who volunteered at Robina Town Centre also held a jeans competition. The most creative decorated jeans was awarded to Andrea Campbell from Customer Service.
